SHIPPING:

All orders placed before 2pm will be posted same day (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse in London. We use Royal Mail for shipping and for UK orders delivery time is 2-5 working days and for international orders the delivery time is 7-15 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FDX is committed to providing all customers with the highest standard of service. In support of this, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not in any way completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, all goods can be returned, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We understand a lot of customers make purchase for their loved ones to gift it to them. Moreover, in case of an exchange, customers will not be charged for re-posting.

Please feel free to let us know that you are returning an item by email at info@fdxsports.co.uk. Although this is not required, it may speed up your refund or exchange. 
Please note the following terms and conditions for returns or exchanges:
•  Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition, not worn or washed and have all labels and tags attached.
•  No refund or exchange will be made until the goods have been received.
•  Customers are responsible for cost of returning the items to us.
•  Additional first class or international postage costs are not refundable.
We strongly recommend that when returning items, you use a delivery method that confirms delivery of goods with a signature.
