Shipping Information

Our shipping is done keeping your convenience in our mind. Considering your high expectations, we do nothing short of the best to help you receive what you asked for. Fast delivery, quality product, and high response are our key points.

Methods of Shipping:

We avail the services of Royal Mail which is a brilliant Multinational British Service and Courier Company.

  • For smaller low-value parcels and packages, we will dispatch your item via Airmail. It is a Royal Mail service. No signature will be required on delivery of your order.
  • For higher value prices and packages, we will dispatch your items through Signed for Airmail. It is a Royal Mail service. A signature will then be required on delivery of your order.

 Order Information:

  • All orders that are posted before 2 pm will be posted on the same day. We continue this for five days a week, from Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in London.

  Delivery Times:

  • For national shipping within the UK, delivery time can be from 2 to 5 working days.
  • For international shipping, the delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

 Prices of Shipping:

International orders: All international orders over £99.99 are delivered free by Standard International Delivery.

Shipment inside European Union: For the goods shipped within European Union, there are no import/export duties implied. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipment outside European Union: For shipments sold outside the European Union, the goods are sold exclusive of VAT and import/export duties or taxes might apply. These taxes or duties might levy once the shipment reaches your country.

Caution: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (without shipping charges) on all packages which are to be sent outside the European Union. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. Once the shipment reaches your country, these duties and taxes will apply. Please know that it is a criminal offense to falsify information on this form. We absolutely cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value, or mark it as a gift. For more details of customs charges, please contact your custom authorities for the latest rates.

 Shipping Restriction:

  • You, our valued customer, must handle the additional charges for the customs clearance. We are restricted in this domain since we have no control over charges and we cannot predict what they may be. Following this, we are unable to reimburse any costs regardless of the circumstances.
  • Please note due to the economic nature of the Royal Mail service, it is not possible to trace a delayed parcel until 28 days after shipping.

Note: Sometimes the international orders can take longer than the time specified. This factor is dependent on the internal posting system of the destination.


Refund and Exchange

Inform us of your return or exchange by emailing us at Although this is not the official requirement, it can speed up your process.

Terms and Conditions for Returns or Exchange:

We strongly recommend that you use a delivery method for returns or exchanges that confirms the delivery of goods with a signature.

  • Goods need to be returned in a re-saleable condition. They shouldn’t have been worn or washed.
  • Goods must be returned with labels and tags attached.
  • Until the goods have been received, no refund or exchange will be made.
  • The cost of return will be implied on the customers.
  • International or additional first-class postage costs are not refundable.
